cute design for a tattoo
Went with Joana. Did the ‘eliptical/cardio/thing that’s kind of like a treadmill but isn’t’ for like 40 minutes. Walked...

Being an advocate for “real women” HAS to mean you’re an advocate for women IN REALITY. As in, she exists, and her existence is beautiful. Even if you personally don’t find her attractive (because different things float different boats, after all), acknowledge that there are people who do, and the number one person MUST be HERSELF.
Whoever you are—and I am speaking here to women, men, and all of us inside and outside those distinctions—WHOEVER YOU ARE, LOVE YOURSELF. Love yourself as your friends do, as those people blessed to be your family (however you define that) do. Love yourself as you will be loved by the people who must someday mourn your passing do. Love yourself because there are people out there who find you absolutely beautiful. Love yourself because there are people out there who will hate you simply for being alive and, goddamnit, you deserve better than that.
Love yourself because God (however you define that) created you, and that which God chooses to create is inherently beautiful and worthy of love;
Love yourself because you are made of atoms which came, ultimately, from stellar evolution, and you recognize the inherent beauty of being born of stardust.
Love yourself. I don’t care why you do it so long as you do.
You exist and you are gorgeous.
